1.3 It is the client’s responsibility to review all travel details before making final payment.

2.1 Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, and tour provider. We will provide details upon booking.
2.2 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed per supplier policies and may be subject to penalties.
2.3 No-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of payments.

3.1 Travelers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
3.2 The agency is not responsible for denied boarding, entry restrictions, or failure to comply with travel requirements.
3.3 Clients must provide accurate personal information during the booking process.

4.1 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
4.2 The agency is not liable for losses due to lack of insurance coverage.

5.1 The agency acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) and is not responsible for their actions, cancellations, or service quality.
5.2 We are not liable for travel disruptions due to weather, government actions, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Travelers assume all risks associated with their trip.

6.1 Travel plans may be subject to changes by airlines, hotels, or tour operators. We will do our best to assist with alternative arrangements.
6.2 Additional costs may apply for modifications requested by the traveler after booking.

7.1 Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and regulations of their destinations.

7.2 The agency is not responsible for legal issues or deportations resulting from non-compliance.

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, the State of Georgia.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.
